To mark the fall of another dictatorship, here’s Muammar Ghaddafi in “happier” days with two of the recipients of his “al-Ghaddafi International Prize for Human Rights” Daniel Ortega (2008) and Fidel Castro (1997).  Another winner includes Hugo Chavez.  Both Castro and Chavez have denounced the uprising in Libya as “foreign aggression.” [File under Ghaddafi, Gaddafi, Qaddafi, Khaddafi, Kadafi and “birds of a feather.”]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Gaddafi_International_Prize_for_Human_Rights
